Joe Pere serves as Managing Director of Gulf Services at OMS Group LLC, where he provides strategic leadership, drives growth, and oversees operational excellence across the company’s Infrastructure, Field Services, and Consulting & Advisory subsidiaries along the Gulf Coast.
 
With more than 20 years of experience, Joe is a recognized technical expert in air quality permitting and regulatory compliance. He has advised clients across diverse sectors, including power, oil and gas, high tech, manufacturing, chemical, agriculture, and pharmaceutical. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and began his career in oil and gas engineering and operations before transitioning into environmental consulting.

Joe works hand-in-hand with clients throughout the Gulf Coast and Southern United States to forge long-term partnerships that are facilitated by OMS Group’s core service philosophy of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement. A people-first leader, he believes strong leadership begins with listening, supporting, and empowering others to deliver their best work. First and foremost, a husband and father, Joe is actively involved in his church and enjoys cooking, staying active, and traveling in his personal time.
