OMS Group Strengthens Gulf Coast Leadership with Appointment of Joe Pere as Managing Director, Gulf Services

Parker, CO - July 14, 2026 – OMS Group, LLC today announced the appointment of Joe Pere as Managing Director, Gulf Services. In this role, Joe will provide strategic leadership and operational direction across the company’s Infrastructure, Field Services, and Consulting & Advisory subsidiaries along the Gulf Coast, driving growth, client partnerships, and service excellence in the region.

With more than two decades of experience, Joe is a recognized technical expert in air quality permitting and regulatory compliance. He has advised clients across the power, oil and gas, high-tech, manufacturing, chemical, agricultural, and pharmaceutical sectors. Joe holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering and began his career in oil and gas engineering and operations before transitioning into environmental consulting.

Joe’s deep industry knowledge and client-focused approach directly support OMS Group’s core service philosophy of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Continuous Improvement. He works directly with clients throughout the Gulf Coast and Southern US to build long-term partnerships grounded in operational excellence and regulatory compliance, further strengthening OMS’s ability to deliver end-to-end environmental, health & safety, and field services solutions.
